Individual Sport-Based Counselling

Our counsellors can incorporates sports and games into therapeutic practices that can benefit the client by providing a dynamic and engaging avenue for self-expression and exploration of emotions. The interactive nature of sports activities can facilitate a deeper connection between the client and the counselor. This allows the counsellor to help the client with areas of need, in a comfortable and non-threatening environment.

Group Sport-Based Counselling for Youth

Mental Skills Coaching

Our Mental Skills Coaches will assist each athlete in cultivating a resilient mindset, managing stress, and enhancing focus. Through personalized strategies, goal-setting, and mindfulness techniques, our mental performance coaches can help the athlete navigate performance pressures, setbacks, and competition-related anxiety or stressors. The goal is to sharpen the athlete's mental strength and develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a positive attitude. We hope to play one small part in optimizing the athlete's overall well-being, ensuring they approach their sport with confidence, mental agility, and the ability to unlock their full potential.
