About
I have been working in education and physical activity for over 25 years as a School Counsellor and Physical Education Teacher. Using a solution-focused approach, I help athletes apply practical strategies to strengthen their mindset, regulate emotions, and build the mental toughness needed for success.

My goal? To help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
